Privacy

In order for us to ship your order we need to collect data from you. The term ‘data’ herein is defined as information you provide to us to enable us to complete your order. It can include your name, home address, email address and phone number. Please note that we do not collect any information to do with your credit card or other payment means.

We will collect your data during checkout and this will be used to fulfill your order. You also have an option to opt in or out of our online marketing.

We collect your personal info for the sole purpose of completing your order. When you give us your personal data such as your address and contact details we will do our upmost to make sure it’s kept safe and secure. Please also note we will have to give your name and address to our third party logistics partners to complete your order.

We will only use your details for the purpose of shipping your order. If you agree we will also use your email address for marketing purposes. We will never spam anyone and make sure our third party partners will never spam you either.

Your data is kept on Shopify’s serves and all this data is encrypted. If we have to print anything containing your data whilst processing your order we will make sure it is cross shredded when we are finished. Any data you provide us will remain unchanged and unaltered. If there is a change of address needed you will have to give us permission. 

We only need data that is necessary and will ask for nothing more when completing your order.

We will retain your data for no longer than is necessary. We will keep a record of your order for 7 years as required by Irish law. Each order is an invoice and will be treated as such. Only your name, home address, email address will be kept.

We will also provide a copy of your personal data on your request so you can see exactly what we have.
